Your profile:

- Currrently enrolled Student of Business Administration or Social Sciences
- High interest or specialization in Human Resources
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Outstanding communication skills, proactive and very structured approach
- English and German fluently

Your Tasks:

- Administrative support for the international HR Recruiting team
- Scheduling and coordination of internal and external interviews
- Support of the recruiters during the whole recruiting process
- Appointment coordination
- Organisational tasks incl. structured filing of documents
- Preparation of Meetings and Assessment Center

Beginn/Dauer: Start: May and June 2018
Duration: 6 months
